Pragmatic Seppanen Keeps Feet Firmly on the Ground
Elias Seppanen is not about to get carried away with another fabulous weekend in the F4SEA when he put in another sizzling performance to emerge as the overall winner.
The 16-year-old Finn picked up the greatest number of points in the four races held this weekend at the Sepang International Circuit.
“There’s really nothing to shout about as for me this is normal as I have done consistently well to win the overall race weekend,” said Seppanen, who hails from Tammala, Finland.
“I am looking at this win in the bigger picture as it has definitely contributed to my overall driving career.”
The second fastest driver of the weekend is Luca Allen from Ireland while the third spot goes to Sami Meguetounif of France.
15-year-old Meguetounif who was consistent today to finish second in the three races, felt that he can do better to challenge the other drivers on the grid.
“There’s still plenty of work to be done. I need to go faster and also improve on certain other aspects. But I think, my driving skill has improved a lot,” added Meguetounif.
“I am happy with what I have achieved this week and I hope that I will continue to be more consistent.”
In the meantime, Malaysian driver Muizz Musyaffa showed some positive development, by finishing at the top of the podium once.
“In general, I have to accept what I have achieved this week. I know that I still have a lot of work ahead to be better,” added Muizz.
