Aussie Smith Crowned Event 4 Champion

Australian driver Josh Smith’s consistency, mounting the podium in all four races here, assured him the champion’s title for Event 4 of the F4 SEA Championship – fueled by Petron – at the Buriram International Circuit.Smith revelled in a week of highly competitive racing to win Race 2 this morning and finish second in three others. Thanks to his steady performance throughout, Smith secured a total 81 points to secure the title for this round.

Allen blew everyone away in race 16

In today’s fourth and final race, Allen blazed away to the title, completing the 11-laps in a time of 20 minutes 59.814s. Smith was second with Seppanen completing the podium in third. Smith’s time of 21:03.404 left him 3.590 seconds behind the winner. Seppanen, who also had one win so far this season, ended his campaign in a time of 21:03.871.

Shihab makes his way from sixth to the top of the podium in race 15

After missing out on the first two races of the Formula 4 SEA Championship - fueled by Petron - here at the Buriram International Circuit, Omani driver Shihab Al Habsi’s determination and tenacity paid off when he won the third race today.Starting from sixth on the grid, Shihab was a driver on a mission today. After 12 laps, which he completed in 21 minutes 05.783 seconds, Shihab found himself at the top of the podium.

Allen Prevails in Thriller, Clips Fifth Win of The F4 Sea Season

BURIRAM (14th June 2019) – Lucca Allen and Shihab Al Habsi tried everything they could to outdo each other in the first race of Round 4 of the Formula 4 SEA Championship – fueled by Petron – at the Buriram International Circuit today. In the end though, it was Irish ace Allen who prevailed in the thriller of a race and claimed his fifth victory of the season.

Thai Karter Tar Joins F4SEA for Buriram Event

15-year-old Anathorn (Tar) has been involved in professional karting in his native Thailand and throughout Southeast Asia since he was nine years old. Supported by his enthusiastic family, who have followed him at every event, Tar has been waiting for the opportunity to transition to Formula 4 since the inauguration of the FIA F4 championship. Finally in 2019 he joined the F4 SEA series at the events on his national circuit in Buriram. Tar now plans an attack on the full 2020 F4 SEA championship with all the passion and resources available to him.

No Holds Barred in Round 4 as Drivers go on the Hunt in Buriram this Week

BURIRAM (11 June 2019) – It will be a no-holds-barred battle for supremacy when Round 4 of the Formula 4 SEA Championship – fueled by Petron – resumes here at the Buriram International Circuit on Friday. After three highly competitive rounds over the last two months, the drivers are primed for an even stronger performance this weekend.
